Agensi Pekerjaan CKM Sdn Bhd is a licensed workforce solutions firm headquartered in Johor Bahru. Since 2008, we have helped manufacturers, engineering firms and growing businesses across Malaysia secure the people their operations depend on, locally and from our established international talent corridors.
What our clients kept asking for changed us. Beyond filling roles, they wanted advice: how to plan headcount, how to retain talent, how to modernise HR, how to prepare for automation and AI. Today, CKM pairs deep operational delivery with practical strategic advisory, because the firms we serve deserve both.

Christine brings over 18 years of workforce experience to CKM's clients, from structured recruitment and foreign workforce compliance to the strategic people questions now facing Malaysian business leaders. She works directly with CEOs, MDs and HR directors on workforce strategy, leadership and people development, and leads CKM's practical, grounded conversations on what AI means for HR and the workforce.
Her approach is simple: honest advice, long-term partnership, and solutions that work in real operations, not just on paper.
